Regulation in the field of "handling personal data", pursuant to the provision of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

The handling of your personal data is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and privacy protection, in respect of the procedures stated in the above – mentioned legislative decree;

* Data handling is carried out manually and supported with paper tools, as well as with electronic ones. 
* The data you provide is owned by Amicus Onlus and will be used only to carry out the work you commissioned and ordered. 
* It is compulsory to provide such data in order to correctly adhere to the relationship between you and Amicus Onlus. Any refusal on your side to adhere to such conditions will make it impossible to carry out our activity. 
* In reference to your personal data, you are entitled to the right of knowledge, access and to intervene according to the above-mentioned rule.
 
You are entitled to exercise such rights towards the owner pursuant to the provision of Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
